 RACHEL DAWES Rachel Dawes is the acting district attorney for Gotham—a city full of masks worn by its criminals and its heroes. Like the moral and sincere Jim Gordon, Rachel is one of the small few who tackles organized crime in the city without wearing a mask. She is a crime fighter in her own right and is guided by her strong moral compass. She's a stubborn idealist whose ultimate goal is to see Gotham's streets clean from thugs, crime, and corruption. Beware: righteous indignation flows through her veins. Batman Begins is her main canon, but she can take place during The Dark Knight as an assistant district attorney for specific CR.
